Dr. Milton Rowley earned his medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Creighton University Teaching Hospital. Dr. Rowley completed his residency in plastic surgery at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Rowley has been practicing plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in Lubbock since 1977.

Jane Rowley, MD

Dr. Jane Rowley earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency, as chief resident, with the Department of Surgery at Creighton University. Dr. Rowley also completed her residency in plastic surgery at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Rowley has been practicing plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in Lubbock since 1997.

Patricia R. Arledge, MD

Dr. Arledge earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University
School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at
the University of Missouri Hospital & Clinics. Dr. Arledge completed her residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery, as chief resident, at the University of Missouri Hospital & Clinics. Dr. Arledge has been practicing plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery in Lubbock since 1999.
